You have arrived at my website.  Welcome!

I am a trained trumpet player in San Francisco.  I perform around the SF Bay Area and also teach trumpet privately in SF.

My passion as a performer is to present the trumpet in a new way.  I mix my classical background with influences from all genres.  At times I am jamming with my loop station; playing new transcriptions and arrangements of classical music, often infusing improvisation to try and bring new breath to music of the past; or I’m mixing my sound with house music in dance/club venues.  I also perform and record with my band, entamoeba. 

I have performed throughout the country and most recently, performed a solo show in Berlin this past spring. Please keep on my list to find out where I will be playing next.
