Sisu

Sisu is a Finnish word that translates to Spirit, Resolve, Mettle, Tenacity, Courage. I have always felt this word helped me through life and my wish is that Sisu can be felt through my music. This feeling helped form Sisu BrassLand: a 9 piece brass band performing new and original music. 3 trumpets! 2 french horns! 2 trombones! A tuba! and a drummer! 

 

We are new and have been jamming around SF, connecting with audiences and sharing music! This webiste will evolve and grow as the band does but we do have some press and video to share!
